Structural Detailing and Constructibility
Our goal is to always fulfill scope and scale by an optimised structural design. Detailing choices are based on constructibility and project specific requirements incorporating value engineering and architectural measures.
New & Existing Construction
The preservation, maintenance and refurbishment of an existing structure has the same significance to us as a new build. The success of these projects is supported by the extensive professional experience of our employees.
Retrofit Structural Analysis
As a chartered member of the Bavarian Chamber of Engineers, Nikolaus Reiser is qualified for the professional assessment of complex constructions and wide span structures.
Energy Consulting
In addition to structural engineering services, we also provide certification in accordance with the Energy Saving Ordinance as well as energy efficiency advice for residential and non-residential buildings.
ABOUT US
Reiser Tragwerksplanung was established by Nikolaus Reiser in May, 2014. Due to Nikolaus´ dual training and experience as an architect and an engineer, in combination with the professional contacts he made throughout his career, the company grew dynamically. Today we are a team of 15 professionals and counting.
The strength of Reiser Tragwerksplanung is founded in our experienced understanding of the requirements of the client and the appreciation of the creative will of an architect. Our goal is to succeed in both structure and form and to always resolve construction tasks with speed and creativity.
