Conversion of a hotel into accommodation for unaccompanied minors on Ottobrunnerstraße, Munich

Reconstruction of a tower block and a row of houses. The works involved the removal and demolition of particular supporting and core walls as well as the review of the stability of the tower block. Reinforced concrete construction with RC floor slabs and masonry walls.

In addition, the emergency exit stairs were also amended and extended.
