New construction of a sustainable apartment block with disability access on Eichenstraße, Erding
The 3-storey timber apartment block was was built to the Passive House Standard. Internal walls and ceilings are cross laminated timber while exterior walls were constructed as a timber frame. The roof is made out of glulam rafters and purlins.
The house was constructed partially underground and as a waterproof concrete tank.
